We charge a flat rate of $12 for shipping in Australia.
We can ship to residential and commercial addresses. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or bush camping sites that have no real address – yet.
You will receive email updates after you place your order so you know exactly when your package full of pelvic love is going to arrive.
Our packages all require a signature on delivery. If you want the postie to leave it without a signature please email us and let us know. There is no way for us to currently have this “Authority to Leave” (ATL) option at checkout.

You will receive email updates after you place your order so you know exactly where your parcel is on its journey. It’s precious cargo after all, and we know you are excited to receive it.
It takes 3-5 business days for your package to get to you (woohoo!).
Your parcel requires signature on delivery. If you know you will not be home and do not want to go to pick your parcel up from the local post office then please email us immediately after placing your order and let us know.
Whenever you buy goods from overseas there is a possibility you will incur fees for duty and GST. If the amount to be paid to NZ customs is under $60 NZD this will be waived.
Based on an exchange rate of 0.89 we estimate that if you decide your pelvis needs more than $250 AUD + postage worth of our amazing products there is a chance your package might incur customs and duties fees that you’ll be responsible for paying. Due to the fluctuations in exchange rate, orders close to the estimated price may incur charges as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.
If you’re worried about incurring fees it’s always best to check, NZ customs has created this genius duty estimator to make it nice and easy for you.
Just a note, the calculator only includes 98% of the product categories bought into New Zealand. And, of course, pelvic health products didn’t make the cut. So for our products you’ll need to choose the ‘cosmetic’ category. Which we think is pretty hilarious, cosmetics for your nether regions? Tee hee!
Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
