This Returns Policy sets out exactly how and when we can process returns, so please read carefully!
1. You have a number of rights and consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including that the Products are fit for purpose (that is, do what they were intended to do or achieve the specific purpose agreed at the time of buying), of acceptable quality and not faulty or damaged.
2. It is your responsibility to check the Product immediately upon receipt and advise us of any faults or damage so that we can resolve the issue for you.
3. If you have received a Product with a fault, damage or defect, please contact us by email immediately and provide evidence of the fault, damage or defect along with proof of purchase, and let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund. Please note that due to the nature of Products, repairs cannot be offered. The faulty Product must be returned to us prior to us processing your exchange or refund.
4. To return the Product to us, please arrange to post the Product to us by standard registered post so that the Product can be tracked. We will reimburse you for your reasonable postage costs in returning a faulty, damaged or defective product to us, so please keep your receipts.
5. If the Product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or defective, we will exchange or refund (to your original payment method) the product at your request. As some of our Products are shipped from overseas, please allow up to 20 days for the refund or exchange to be processed.
6. Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude any of your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
7. For some Products, we are happy to offer you a full refund of purchase price if you change your mind. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs in these circumstances.
8. Refunds for change of mind will only be offered if the Product is unused, undamaged and still in its original unopened packaging.
9. In order to obtain your refund, you must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the Product and inform us of your intention to obtain a refund.
10. You must return the Product to us with proof of purchase by registered post within 7 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be returned to us prior to us processing your refund. If the Product is confirmed to be fit for resale, we will refund (to your original payment method) the Product. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
